Adam Herring is an attorney with The Rothbloom Law Firm, and focuses his practice on complex consumer bankruptcy issues. He is the author of two published scholarly articles, one dealing with means testing issues in chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, and the other addressing the calculation of disposable income in chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Adam received his undergraduate degree cum laude in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, having also spent four months at the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany. Adam then received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Adam was Articles Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, one of the country's most prominent bankruptcy law journals. Adam also served as Justice of Emory's chapter of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and was a member of the Lamar Inn of Court. Adam is admitted to practice in state court in Georgia and in federal court in Georgia's Northern District. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Georgia, of the Atlanta Bar Association, and of the Cobb County Bar Association. Adam also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
